I took part in the candida protocol program & it helped me tweak my diet. I had to explore some different ways of cooking in order to get some flavor back in my life. But the end result has been worth it and I will continue to cook this way. I multitask, focus, have energy and motivation. This introduced me to some products that are great. I really like the Nourish (with Mojo, with wild orange EO, in cereal, getting through TSA, traveling to visit family, in the coconut bread recipe). I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Julie at an event in Utah back in March. I signed up for a 30-minute QRNR and PEB session, but I ended up being what Dr. Julie (lovingly) referred to as a "complicated case" and my session ended up being about an hour and 45 minutes long, with both her and Dr. Victoria working on me. After getting me all adjusted and balanced out, Dr. Julie gave me very specific recommendations about what I should be taking and instructions on how to take it. This experience was life-changing for me. Not only did I feel listened to, understood, and supported, but I got answers to some things that I had going on with my health and solutions on how to take care of these issues naturally and holistically. I am so grateful to Dr. Julie, Dr. Victoria, and Juanita for taking the time to listen---in this fast-paced world, it was a breath of fresh air to have a team that is so dedicated to their clients that they are willing and able to slow down and take the time to address the underlying issues.
